This Christmas vegan nut roast is easy to make and delicious, served hot or cold, main dinner dish.

CHRISTMAS VEGAN NUT ROAST INGREDIENTS:

French lentils: it will give a nice hearty texture.

Nuts: pecans and hazelnuts.

Dried Cranberry

Mushrooms: mini portobello mushrooms, however you can switch it to a different kind.

Chestnuts

Flour Slurry: (mix 3 tbsp of flour and 3 tbsp of water).

Vegetable broth (powder)

Sweet yellow onion

Fresh Thyme

Garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 cup french lentils
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberry
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 bulb onion
  • 1 tbsp vegetable boullion
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions

  • Blend with a high spped blender onion, mushroom, nuts, chestnut and garlic.
  • Heat a sauce pan, then add blended mixture, cooked lentils, thyme and vegetable boulion.
  • Preheat the oven 365F.
  • Fill baking pan and bake for 20-30min 365F until golden brown.
