RICE AND MANGO DESSERT

Exquisite and rich, creamy rice and mango is a great dessert for any occasion. For a special presentation, serve the dessert with waffle bowls.

Ingredients: 

Rice: jasmine rice 

Coconut milk (full fat)

Coconut oil 

Coconut sugar 

Mango 

HOW TO MAKE RICE AND MANGO DESSERT

  1. In a skillet warm coconut oil. Add cooked rice.
  2. Combine coconut milk and coconut sugar. Pour the mixture into the rice.
  3. Fry the rice mixture for 5-10 minutes until it becomes creamy.
  4. Add mango slices on the top. Serve.
