Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 cups jasmine rice (cooked)
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 mangoes

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet warm coconut oil. Add cooked rice.
  • Combine coconut milk and coconut sugar. Pour the mixture into the rice.
  • Fry the rice mixture for 5-10 minutes until it becomes creamy.
  • Add mango slices on the top. Serve.
