- 2 cups jasmine rice (cooked)
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 mangoes
In a skillet warm coconut oil. Add cooked rice.
Combine coconut milk and coconut sugar. Pour the mixture into the rice.
Fry the rice mixture for 5-10 minutes until it becomes creamy.
Add mango slices on the top. Serve.
