Vegan Coffee Gelato

Coffee is one of the main ingredients in this gelato recipe. The robust coffee scent and flavor will make everyone smile at the end of an outdoor summertime dinner. For an extra flourish, serve with fruits and berries of your choice.

Coconut milk (full-fat) 

Cane sugar 

Coffee (instant coffee powder) 

HOW TO MAKE VEGAN COFFEE GELATO 

  1. Dissolve 2 tbsp of instant coffee in the water.
  2. Combine the cashews and water in a blender and process until creamy. 
  3. Add coconut milk and cane sugar and blend. 
  4. Chill until very cold, then pour it into your ice cream maker and process according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
