Apple relish 

APPLE RELISH INGREDIENTS 

Apple 

Onion

Cilantro 

Olive oil 

Vinegar: apple vinegar 

Salt and pepper 

HOW TO MAKE APPLE RELISH 

  1. In a bowl, mix chopped apple, onion, cilantro, olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

HOW TO MAKE VEGGIE TACOS 

  1. Prepare vegan jackfruit “pulled pork”. Set aside. 
  2. Prepare apple relish. Set aside.
  3. Serve tacos with spinach, arugula and jackfruit “pulled pork”.
  4. Top each taco with 1-2 tbsp of the relish.

  • 1 cup jackfruit "pulled pork"
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup arugula

Apple Relish

  • 1 apple
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 tbsp chilanto
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp apple vinegar
  • salt and pepper
