HOW TO MAKE VEGAN HOLLANDAISE SAUCE

  1. In a sauce pan combine all the ingredients (except tapioca starch and 2 tbsp of milk) and cook over a medium heat.
  2. Whisk milk and tapioca starch together.
  3. Add tapioca mixture to a sauce pan and keep whisking until desired thickness achieved.
