Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpeas (cooked)
  • 1/4 bulb onion
  • 1/4 cup mushroom
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 cup aquafaba
  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1 tbsp vegetable broth powder
  • black pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  • Add mushrooms, garlic and onion to a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped. Add mushroom mixture to a skillet (heated over a medium heat).
  • Transfer mushroom mixture and the rest of ingredeints to a food processor. Pulse untill finely chopped.
  • Preheat the oven 365F.
  • Add (whipped to a stiff peaks) aquafaba to a meatball mixture and mix.
  • Bake 365F 25-30min.
