HOW TO MAKE COFFEE ICE CREAM

To make these vegan coffee ice cream:

  1. Process soy milk, coconut milk, agave, canola oil, coffee and xanthan gum in a blender.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  3. Once the ice cream chilled, prepare in an ice cream maker.
