Fresh sage

Fresh Garlic

Salt: you can use any salt of your choice (sea salt or Himalayan)

HOW TO MAKE TUSCAN HERB SALT

  1. Remove the germ from garlic.
  2. Chop rosemary, sage and garlic (alternatively you can use food processor).
  3. Mix herb mixture with salt.
  4. Spread on parchment paper and let it air dry for 2-3days.

HOW TO USE HERB SALT

These salt you can use instead of salt in any of the recipes: soup, salad, cooking vegetables, sprinkle on popcorn, on the top of focaccia bread or Buddha bowl. It is quite versatile and will boost taste and fragrancy on any recipe.

You can store your salt in airtight container in a cool, dry, dark place.
