Easy and healthy sweet and sour cauliflower is a delicious vegan edition of traditional sweet and sour pork.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth powder
  • 1 tbsp apricot jam
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven 365F.
  • Cut cauliflower. Fry cauliflower over medium hit for 3-5min until golden color.
  • Mix together all sauce ingredients. Pour the sauce over cauliflower.
  • Bake 10-15min.
