Flour: all-purpose, pastry or type 00
Sugar: cane sugar
Vegan Butter
Cold fresh water
MINCEMEAT INGREDIENTS:
Mandarin: zest and juice
Lemon: zest and juice
Dried cranberry and raisins
Brown Sugar
Spices: all spice, cinnamon and nutmeg

Ingredients
Dough
- 180 g flour
- 90 g butter vegan
- 2 tsp cane sugar
- 3-5 tbsp cold fresh water
- 1 pinch salt
Mincemeat
- 3 mandarin zest and juice
- 1 lemon zest and juice
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 cup cranberry (dry)
- 150 g brown sugar
- 2 apples (grated)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp all spice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
Dough
- Combine all the ingredeints together. Chill the dough 1-2hrs.
Mincemeat
- Combine all the ingredients. Let it chill in the fridge for 30min.
Notes
Tips:
- Juice quantity for mincemeat can be adjusted according to your own preference.
- For mincemeat golden raisins could be swiped for brown.
