- 2 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven 365F
- Sift flour, salt, baking soda and sugar
- Combine together soy milk, oil, vinegar and vanilla
- Add "wet" mixture to the flour mixture. Add pumpkin puree.
