Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup rice
  • 4 cups milk (soy or almond)
  • 1 tsp coffe
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup sugar

Instructions
 

  • Bring water (2 cups) to a boil. Add the rice, cook for a few seconds to burst the starch grains, and then drain.
  • In another large pan, bring the milk to a boil with coffee and the sugar. Add the rice, stir in the salt, and cook over low heat, until all the milk has been absorbed (stir regularly).
