French Lentils
- 1 cup french lentls cooked
- 1 cup sweet corn cooked
- 5 pcs grape tomatoes
- 1/4 bulb sweet onion
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 5 pcs olive
- 1/3 cup vegan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Beets
- 1 cup peas cooked
- 2 pcs beats cooked
- 1/4 bulb sweet onion
- 2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
French Lentls
Place the lentils, corn, tomatoes, onion, parsley in a large bowl.
Whisk togehter olive oil and lemon juice.
Toss the dressing over lentils mixture. Add vegan cheese on the top.
Beets
Mix together beets, peas, onion and mayonnaise.
To assemble, arrange asparagus (prior cook in boling water for 5-7min) in a crisscross pattern and fill in with lentils and beets parts.
