In a food processor, process mushroom, garlic, tomatoes and onion until minced.
In a frying pan, warm olive oil, add onion-mushroom mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
In a food processor, process oats, sunflower seeds and pecans. Pulse to the size of ground beef. Add navy beans (cooked) and pulse.
Transfer the bean mixture to a mixing bowl. Add onion-mushroom mixture. Add vegan egg, soy sauce, vegan oyster sauce, mustard, dried sage and thyme. Mix until well combined.
Press the mixture into prepared pan. Smooth the top.
Mix all topping ingredients together.Sprinkle with topping oats mixture.
Bake for 30-45 minutes (365F) until top is golden brown.
