Ingredients
 
 

Cake

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cane sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Topping

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

Cake

  • Preheat the oven.
  • In a large bowl whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  • In a separate bowl whisk oil, buttermilk and vanilla.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry.

Topping

  • In a large bowl combine together flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add oil and toss utill it appears crumbly.
  • Fill the pan with batter and sprinkle crumb topping.
  • Bake 365F 25-30min.
