In the bowl mix together butter, icing sugar, whipped aquafaba, flour, cacao powder and almond flour.Combine everything to make a smooth dough.Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.Once cooled, roll out the dough and line tart pan.Prick the base and let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.Bake for 30-40 minutes (365F). Let cool.
Vegan Ganache
In a saucepan add vegan cream and orange peels. Let simmer (not boil) for 5 minutes. Set aside. Let cool completely. Put the chocolate and vegan butter in a heatproof bowl and rest it over a saucepan of gently simmering water, making sure the bottom of the bowl does nit touch water. Heat, stirring, until the mixture melts. Pour the cream slowly into the chocolate mixture, whisking until you have a chocolate ribbon (soft consistency). Pour ganache into a chocolate tart. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
