1 cup soy milk 1/4 cup aquafaba 1 tbsp tapioca starch 1 pear 4 slices banana bread
Blend all the ingredients together.
Place slice of banana bread into the batter, flip and let sit for about a minute.
Place the slice into the pan and let cook until edges start to lightly brown. Top it with poached pear, coconut sugar and cinnamon.
