This recipe is a perfect combination of banana bread and french toast. It is a great way to use leftover banana bread) and you will ended up with a delicious dish.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1/4 cup aquafaba
  • 1 tbsp tapioca starch
  • 1 pear
  • 4 slices banana bread

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients together.
  • Place slice of banana bread into the batter, flip and let sit for about a minute.
  • Place the slice into the pan and let cook until edges start to lightly brown. Top it with poached pear, coconut sugar and cinnamon.
