Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 banana
  • 1 pear
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegan buttermilk
  • 3 tbsp canola oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven 365F.
  • .In a medium mixing bowl mash the bananas. Set aside.
  • In a food processor or blender puree pear until smooth.Add pear puree to mashed bananas.
  • Add the wet ingredients to "banana-pear" mixture.
  • In a separate bowl sift dry ingredients.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  • Pour the batter in a greased loaf pan and bake 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
