2 banana 1 pear 1 cup flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp cane sugar 1/4 cup vegan buttermilk 3 tbsp canola oil
Preheat the oven 365F.
.In a medium mixing bowl mash the bananas. Set aside.
In a food processor or blender puree pear until smooth.Add pear puree to mashed bananas.
Add the wet ingredients to "banana-pear" mixture.
In a separate bowl sift dry ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
Pour the batter in a greased loaf pan and bake 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
