Ingredients
  

  • 2 pcs potatoes
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 pcs beetroot
  • 1/2 pcs jalapeno

Mustard Dressing

  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp vegan sour cream
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • All the vegetables cut in julienne technique.
  • Season with mustard dressing, salt and pepper to taste.

  • In a mixing bowl combine mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper.Add sour cream to taste (adding little by little).
