- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 vegan eggs
- 1/4 cup vegan butter
- 1/2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cherry
- 3 tbsp chocolate chips
Preheat the oven 365F.
Whisk together sugar and vegan egg.
Add salt and vegan buttermilk. Whisk in the baking powder, flour and cacao powder.
Add melted vegan butter, cherries and chocolate chips.
Bake 25-30 minutes (365F) until ready.
