Ingredients
  

Vegan Bechamel Sauce

  • 4 tbsp vegan butter
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 2 cup plant-based milk
  • salt and pepper

Potato Gratin

  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup vegan cheese
  • mushroom powder
  • bechamel sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven 365F.
  • Peel the potatoes and slice in thin rounds (you can use knife, peeler or mandolin).
  • Arrange potato layer on the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Pour a layer of béchamel sauce.
  • Grate vegan cheese on the top and follow with mushrooms and mushroom powder. Repeat layers.
  • Bake 30-40 minutes until fully cooked.
