Vegan Bechamel Sauce
- 4 tbsp vegan butter
- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 cup plant-based milk
- salt and pepper
Potato Gratin
- 5 medium potatoes
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 1/4 cup vegan cheese
- mushroom powder
- bechamel sauce
Preheat the oven 365F.
Peel the potatoes and slice in thin rounds (you can use knife, peeler or mandolin).
Arrange potato layer on the bottom of a baking dish.
Pour a layer of béchamel sauce.
Grate vegan cheese on the top and follow with mushrooms and mushroom powder. Repeat layers.
Bake 30-40 minutes until fully cooked.
