This moist, dairy-free and egg-free Marble Cake makes the perfect combination of vanilla and chocolate. Chocolate glaze makes easy decoration to top it.
Sift and whisk together the flour, sugar, xanthan gum baking soda, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl place the plant milk, vegan butter, vanilla and vinegar whisking to blend completely. Pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix until batter is smooth.Divide cake mixture into 2 bowls. Add cacao powder to the second bowl.
Pour cake mixtures into two separate pastry bags.Snip the point off the pastry bags and pipe the mixture alternately into the cake pan. When the pan is full, pipe a line of butter lengthwise down the center of cake.
Bake 35-40 minutes (365F).Once fully bake and cool, transfer to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Melt the ingredients for the chocolate icing together in a bain-marie's. Ice the cake.
