- 1 mango
- 1/2 cup cane sugar
- 2 vegan eggs
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup vegan butter (melted)
- 3 tbsp choclate chips
Pell the mango and cut into small pieces.
Preheat the oven.
Whisk together sugar and vegan egg. Add salt.
Add vegan buttermilk. Whisk in the flour and baking powder.
Melt vegan butter and add to the batter.Add the diced mango and chocolate chips.
Bake for 25 minutes (365F).
