  • 2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl whisk flour and salt.
  • In medium pot, bring the water to boil and add butter. Stir until butter melted.
  • Pour the hot water-butter mixture into the flour. Start mixing with a fork. It should form a ball.
  • Knead the dough with your hands (it should be still warm). Wrap the bowl and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
