- 1/4 cup vegan butter
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
In a mixing bowl whisk flour and salt.
In medium pot, bring the water to boil and add butter. Stir until butter melted.
Pour the hot water-butter mixture into the flour. Start mixing with a fork. It should form a ball.
Knead the dough with your hands (it should be still warm). Wrap the bowl and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
