Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup green lentil (cooked)
  • 1/4 cup brocccoli (cooked al-dente and choped)
  • 1/4 cup onion (caramelized)
  • 1/4 cup corn (cooked)
  • 1/4 cup pea (cooked)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp italian herbs
  • sea salt
  • black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl combine cooked lentils, chopped broccoli, cooked corn and peas.
  • Add 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour, Italian herbs, garlic, sautéed onions, salt and pepper.
  • Preheat the oven 365 F.
  • Spoon each pancake on a parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
