1 cup green lentil (cooked) 1/4 cup brocccoli (cooked al-dente and choped) 1/4 cup onion (caramelized) 1/4 cup corn (cooked) 1/4 cup pea (cooked) 1 clove garlic 2 tbsp flour 1 tbsp olive oil 1/4 tsp italian herbs sea salt black pepper
In a large bowl combine cooked lentils, chopped broccoli, cooked corn and peas.
Add 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour, Italian herbs, garlic, sautéed onions, salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven 365 F.
Spoon each pancake on a parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
