This Easy Vegan Ramen is a delicious soup filled with ramen noodles, shiitake mushrooms, tofu and umami flavor. It is made of simple ingredients and comes in less than 30 minutes!
In a large skillet over a high heat add all ingredeints and fry for 5-10min.
Broth
In a large pot over a medium heat, add vegetable broth, soy sauce, shiitake mushroom (prior cooked), dry mushroom powder and umami seasoning. Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Add ramen noodles and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
Serve it with tofu (cubed),cooked bok choy and cilanto.
