  • 250 ml coconut cream full fat
  • 200 g chestnuts
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Traditional Vesrion

  • 200 g chestnuts
  • 250 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Simmer chestnuts, sugar and vanilla for 10 min
  • Puree everything
