1 cup corn 1 medium cucumber 1 red bell pepper 3 tbsp cane sugar 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning 1/2 cup white vinegar
Dice sweet onion, cucumbers, red bell pepper, tomatoes and cucumber.
Bring all the ingredients (except tomatoes), to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Cool before serving.
