1 lb cauliflower 1/2 cup vegan bechamel sauce 3 tbsp bread crumbs
Bring a saucepan to boil. Add cauliflower and cook for 3 minutes. Drain and cool under cold water. Drain again and set aside.
Cook vegan Bechamel sauce.
Preheat the oven.
Arrange cauliflower on a baking dish. Spread Béchamel sauce over the cauliflower, and sprinkle with the bread crumbs.
Bake for 15-20 minutes (365F) until golden and crisp.
Remove from the oven and serve.
