Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 lb cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup vegan bechamel sauce
  • 3 tbsp bread crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Bring a saucepan to boil. Add cauliflower and cook for 3 minutes. Drain and cool under cold water. Drain again and set aside.
  •  Cook vegan Bechamel sauce.
  • Preheat the oven.
  • Arrange cauliflower on a baking dish. Spread Béchamel sauce over the cauliflower, and sprinkle with the bread crumbs.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes (365F) until golden and crisp.
  • Remove from the oven and serve.
