Ingredients
 
 

  • 3 oranges
  • 2/3 cup sparkling water
  • 2/3 cup cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp corn syrup (dark)

Instructions
 

  •  Bring water to a boil. Peel oranges (remove the white pith and flesh) and cut. 
  • Add the orange peel to the boiling water, cook for 1 minute and drain. Repeat step 3 two times. 
  • In a saucepan, combine sugar and sparkling water. Bring to boil. Add the orange peel and boil for 3 minutes. Stir in corn syrup. 
  • Pour the mixture into jar. 
  • Let cool completely. Store in the refrigerator.
