Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 oz cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup aquafaba whipped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp confectioners sugar

Roll cake

  • 3 tbsp orange marmalade
  • 3 oz chocolate
  • 1 cup vegan cream
  • 0.88 oz corn syrup

Instructions
 

  • Combine and sift flour, cornstarch, sugar, cacao powder, baking powder and salt.
  • Whip aquafaba. 
  • Add flour mixture to wet ingredients.
  • Pour the batter on a baking tray and spread evenly.Bake 10-13min. Remove the cake from the oven. 
  • Dust a kitchen towel with confectioners sugar.Place the cake face-down onto the sugared towel and peel parchment paper.Roll into a log with the towel and set aside.
  • Prepare chocolate ganache. Spread orange marmalade and top it with chocolate ganache.
