- 1 lb apples
- 1/2 cup cane sugar
- 1 stick cinnamon
Peel the apples. Dice.
Put into a pot over a medium heat. Add cane sugar and cinnamon.
Cook the apples until it release their liquid.
Cover and let it cook for 15-20 minutes until apples become very soft.
Let cool.
