Ingredients
 
 

  • 350 g flour
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 1 g all spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 100 g vegan butter
  • 1 vegan egg
  • 70 g maple syrup
  • 20 g molasses
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend with a food processor flour, salt and sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Knead the dough and form a thick disc. Chill the disk for 1 hr.
  • Preheat the oven 360F.
  • Remove the disc and roll between two piece of parchment paper.
  • Bake the dough for 10 min. Remove from the oven and cut out with a cookie cutter.
  • Bake for another 5-10min. Remove from the oven and let sit for 10 min before trasfering to a wire rack.
