  • 1 medium watermelon
  • 2 tbsp chopped feta
  • 1/4 bunch fresh mint

  • Peel and chop watermelon. 
  • Chop feta.
  •  Place all of the ingredients into a bowl. Add mint.
  • Drizzle a little olive oil(optional), season with salt and pepper(optional).
