Filling
Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Roll out the dough.Transfer the dough to a pie pan.In a mixing bowl, add vegan egg, maple syrup, brown sugar, vegan butter, cornstarch and salt.Scatter the pecans evenly in the pie shell. Pour the mixture over the pecans.Bake for 35-40 minutes (365F) until filling is evenly set.
