In a microwave heat vegan butter, chocolate chips util completely melted.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cacao powder, sugar and salt. Combine using a hand mixer.
Add chocolate-butter mixture and mix. Add plant milk and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth batter reached. Do not over mix.
Spread the batter into prepared pan (lined with parchment paper) and top with pecans. Bake 30-45 minutes (the center should be slightly wet and not fully set).
