Sift the flour into a bowl. Pour olive oil and grape seed oil over the flour.Mix well. Add water and salt. Knead until you have a smooth dough.Cover the dough with plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours.
Filling
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender. Pour the mixture into a clean pan, Stir in frequently over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat when the mixture becomes shiny and thick.Roll out the dough.
Tart
Cut out round with a cookie cutter. Pour the filling mixture on the top. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.Bake 365F for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
