Salad

  • 2 lb potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 sticks celery
  • 1/4 cup pickles
  • 1/4 bulb onion
  • fresh dill
  • fresh parsley

Dressing

  • 3 tbsp vegan mayo
  • 2 tbsp vegan yogurt (sugar-free)
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook potatoes and carrots. Set aside.
  • Chop potatoes, celery and carrots.
  • Cut pickles, parsley and dill.
  • Combine all the ingredienst.
  • Add potato salad dressing before serving.
