Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup plan-based milk
  • 1/2 cup aquafaba
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • salt
  • vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
  • Combine the milk, oil, aquafaba, and vanilla extract.
  • Add the milk mixture to dry mixture. Do not overmix it.
  • The waffle batter is ready to cook.
