Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 1/4 stick vegan butter
  • 1 cup vegan cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 vegan egg
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, add the flour, butter, cheese and vegan egg in the bowl. Mix. 
  • Cover the dough with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough. Using a knife, cut the dough into rectangles.
  •  In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika and salt. Sprinkle the dough with paprika mixture. 
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes (365F).
