- 1 1/4 stick vegan butter
- 1 cup vegan cheese
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 vegan egg
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
In a mixing bowl, add the flour, butter, cheese and vegan egg in the bowl. Mix.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough. Using a knife, cut the dough into rectangles.
In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika and salt. Sprinkle the dough with paprika mixture.
Bake for 15-20 minutes (365F).
