3/4 cup vegan buttermilk 3 1/2 cups flour 1 package instant dry yeast (7g) 6 tbsp grapeseed oil 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup cane sugar 1 vegan egg 1 pinch salt Filling 3 tbsp vegan butter 1 tbsp cinnamon 3 tbsp cane sugar
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Whisk vegan buttermilk, vegan egg and yeast.
Knead it for 3 minutes. Roll the dough into a square. Fold it. Cover bowl and chill until double in size.
Grease form with oil. Punch down dough, roll out. Spread vegan butter and sprinkle cane sugar and cinnamon. Roll into a log. Cut into 8 pieces. Leave in a warm place to proof for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven. Bake for 30 minutes (365F).
