These Vegan Cinnamon Rolls decadent dessert is loaded with cinnamon and vegan butter flavor dough.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 3/4 cup vegan buttermilk
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 package instant dry yeast (7g)
  • 6 tbsp grapeseed oil
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup cane sugar
  • 1 vegan egg
  • 1 pinch salt

Filling

  • 3 tbsp vegan butter
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp cane sugar

Instructions
 

  • Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. 
  • Whisk vegan buttermilk, vegan egg and yeast.
  •  Knead it for 3 minutes. Roll the dough into a square. Fold it. Cover bowl and chill until double in size.
  •  Grease form with oil. Punch down dough, roll out. Spread vegan butter and sprinkle cane sugar and cinnamon. Roll into a log. Cut into 8 pieces. Leave in a warm place to proof for 1 hour. 
  • Preheat the oven. Bake for 30 minutes (365F).
