Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter
  • 1 tsp cane sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp ice water

Filling

  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 tbsp white vine or vegetable broth

Topping

  • 1/2 block tofu
  • 3 tbsp vegan cheese
  • 1/4 cup vegan cream

Instructions
 

Dough

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cane sugar and salt. Add diced vegan butter, ice water. Knead the dough. Wrap the dough disc and refrigerate overnight.

Filling

  •  Peel and slice onion. Heat vegan butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add sliced onion. Cook for 3 minutes. Add vine or vegetable broth. Cook 10-15 minutes until blonde-colored. 

Topping

  •  In a blender add vegan cream, crumbled tofu and vegan cheese. Blend everything for 3-5 minutes.
