In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cane sugar and salt. Add diced vegan butter, ice water. Knead the dough. Wrap the dough disc and refrigerate overnight.
Filling
Peel and slice onion. Heat vegan butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add sliced onion. Cook for 3 minutes. Add vine or vegetable broth. Cook 10-15 minutes until blonde-colored.
Topping
In a blender add vegan cream, crumbled tofu and vegan cheese. Blend everything for 3-5 minutes.
