This if quite possibly one of the easiest Pumpkin loaf recipes you can make. Pumpkin puree and spices are bound together with chocolate glaze and just a few other ingredients.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 5 oz flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup cane sugar
  • 1 vegan egg
  • 5 tbsp vegan butter
  • 1/2 cup vegan buttermilk
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 pinch salt
  • spices

Instructions
 

  • Combine flour, baking powder and melted vegan butter.
  • Add vegan egg, cane sugar, salt and vegan buttermilk. Add pumpkin puree and spices. 
  • Bake 365F 30-40 min. 
  • Glaze with melted chocolate chips and hazelnuts (optional).
