5 oz flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup cane sugar 1 vegan egg 5 tbsp vegan butter 1/2 cup vegan buttermilk 3 tbsp pumpkin puree 1 pinch salt spices
Combine flour, baking powder and melted vegan butter.
Add vegan egg, cane sugar, salt and vegan buttermilk. Add pumpkin puree and spices.
Bake 365F 30-40 min.
Glaze with melted chocolate chips and hazelnuts (optional).
