15 oz cantaloupe (medium size) 1 cup vegan yogurt 2 tbsp fresh mint
Peel and cube cantaloupe.
In a blender, combine cantaloupe, vegan yogurt and fresh mint and puree until smooth. Pour into bowl.
Serve, garnished with mint.
