  • 15 oz cantaloupe (medium size)
  • 1 cup vegan yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint

Instructions
 

  • Peel and cube cantaloupe.
  • In a blender, combine cantaloupe, vegan yogurt and fresh mint and puree until smooth. Pour into bowl.
  • Serve, garnished with mint.
