  • 2 tbsp vegan butter
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cane sugar


  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Cook over a medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
  • Strain and cool.
