Vegan Chickpea Tuna Sushi
This vegan tuna made of chickpeas (main ingredient) is the BEST and can be used to make sushi, sandwiches or salad. Trust me, it taste heavenly and have the right savory and creamy texture.
- 1/4 bulb sweet onion
- 1 tbsp nori powder
- 1 cup cooked chickpea
- 4-5 pickles
- 2 tbsp vegan mayo
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 8 nori sheets
Mash chickpeas in a food processor or with a back of fork.
Add chopped onions, pickles, nori powder and vegan mayo.
