Homemade Italian Seasoning with Fresh Herbs
This homemade Italian Seasoning with fresh herbs has just the right balance of salt and herbs. The usage of these seasoning are endless, you can use it on pizza, salad, vegetables or soups.
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup salt
- fresh thyme
- fresh oregano
- fresh basil
- black pepper
Remove the germ from garlic.
Chop rosemary, oregano, garlic and black pepper (alternatively you can use food processor).
Mix herb mixture with salt.
Spread on parchment paper and let it air dry for 2-3 days.
