This easy homemade Vegan French Toast is made with soy milk, banana, maple syrup, vanilla extract and a little of tapioca starch. You will need less than 15 minutes, simple ingredients and will ended up with a delicious Vegan French Toast.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp tapioca starch
  • 4 slices bread

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients with a blender. Soak slided bread for 1-2 minutes.
  • In a skillet over medium heat fry toast on both sides for 3-5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with a coconut sugar (optional).
